Leaellynasaura amicagraphica, a small, extremely-long tailed South Polar ornithopod. 
The low, long skull is based on Pete Buchholz’s reconstruction, though it seems considerably less low with the fluffy coat of feathers I applied. I drew the eyes based on those of owls, since Leaellynasaura would have needed to see in the dark because of its polar habitat.
And no, it isn’t scowling; small ornithopods often have ‘eagle-eyed’ faces.
